This cocoa nib spread croissant was developed in collaboration with a local scientist who just wanted more chocolate in his chocolate-filled croissants. The cocoa nibs provide an extraordinary crunch with that wonderful bittersweet dark chocolate flavor. The hint of sea salt takes this buttery, flaky chocolate croissant to a whole other level.

This product is best enjoyed same day. However, we can ship to you if you would like to try them. Quality may not be as good as the day they are baked but may be toasted in the oven at 325 degrees F for a few minutes to freshen them back up.
